By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or asking us to coordinate treatment, you accept these terms. Please read them — especially the parts about what we are and are not responsible for. If anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. Who we are

Grace Care India is a medical travel facilitation company based in Noida, India. We help international patients find suitable hospitals and doctors in India, obtain medical opinions and cost estimates, arrange medical visas, flights, accommodation and local support, and manage follow-up after returning home. We are not a hospital, a clinic, a pharmacy or an insurer.

2. We facilitate; we do not treat

Nothing we do creates a doctor–patient relationship between you and Grace Care India. Medical opinions are given by the doctors themselves, decisions about your treatment are made by you and your treating doctors, and all treatment is provided by the hospital you choose. We do not practise medicine, we do not diagnose, and we do not promise any clinical outcome. See also our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Cost estimates and payments

• Estimates we share are the hospital's estimates at the time they were prepared. Real costs can change with your test results, the technique used, your length of stay and complications, however well planned.
• You pay the hospital directly, against the hospital's own invoice and at its published rates. We never collect your treatment money, never add a margin, and never take a share of your medical bill.
• Costs for our coordination services, where any apply, are always told to you in writing before you commit.
• Flights, hotels and local services we book on your behalf follow the cancellation rules of the airline, hotel or provider — we will tell you these before you pay.

4. Your account

If you create a portal account, keep your password private and tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has used it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload — wrong medication names, dates or report details can mislead the doctors reviewing your case. Impersonating another person, uploading reports that are not yours, or using the site for anything unlawful will end your access.

5. What we do not guarantee

• Any particular medical outcome, success rate or recovery time.
• Visa approval — the decision belongs entirely to the Indian embassy or consulate and the FRRO.
• That a hospital's accreditation, staffing or facilities will never change; we re-verify partners annually, but you should confirm anything critical with the hospital before admission.
• That content on this site is complete or current at the moment you read it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Indian law allows, Grace Care India is not liable for the medical care itself — for clinical outcomes, complications, negligence or the acts of hospitals, doctors, airlines, hotels or other third parties. Our liability for our own coordination services is limited to the fees you actually paid us for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Acceptable use of this site

The site's content, design and brand belong to Grace Care India. You may read, print and share pages for your own decision-making; you may not copy content for commercial use, scrape the site, or present our material as your own. Hospital, doctor and treatment listings are provided in good faith from information the providers gave us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. We will always try to resolve a complaint by talking first — most problems have a simple cause and a simple fix.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page; significant changes affecting an open case will be communicated to you directly.
