Treatment you can trust, in a country you don't know yet
Send us your reports and a senior surgeon reads them. If treatment abroad makes sense, we find the right hospital, sort the medical visa, book the flights and the room near the hospital, and put a coordinator who speaks your language beside you until you are home again.

How it works
Four simple steps from your first message to your flight home.
01
Share your reports
Send your diagnosis and scans through the quote form or WhatsApp. It takes five minutes.
02
Get a plan and a price
Within two working days you receive matched hospitals, surgeon profiles and a written cost estimate.
03
We arrange the journey
Visa invitation letter, flights, airport pickup, accommodation and an interpreter for every appointment.
04
Treatment and follow-up
Your coordinator stays with you in hospital, and video reviews continue for twelve months after you fly home.
Why patients trust Grace Care India
Plenty of websites will send you a list of hospitals and a phone number. We sit with you in the waiting room instead.
A named coordinator, 24/7
One person who speaks your language owns your case from the first message until your final follow-up. They meet you at the airport, sit with you at every consultation and answer your family's calls at home.
Second opinions from senior surgeons
Your scans and reports are read by a consultant with at least fifteen years in that specialty. If surgery is not needed, we tell you that — even when it means you do not travel.
Written, itemised estimates
Every quote lists the surgeon fee, hospital stay, implants, medicines, diagnostics and what happens if you need extra days. No item is added after you land without your written approval.
Accreditation we verify ourselves
We only work with JCI or NABH accredited hospitals, and we re-check infection rates, ICU ratios and procedure volumes every year before renewing a partnership.
Free for the patient
Partner hospitals compensate us, so the price you pay is the hospital's own tariff. Our coordination, visa help, airport transfers and interpreting cost you nothing.
Care that continues at home
Discharge summaries, prescriptions and rehab plans are uploaded to your portal, and video reviews with your surgeon continue for twelve months after you fly home.
Everything we handle for you
Treatment abroad is a medical decision wrapped in twenty practical ones. Here is what our team takes off your hands, step by step.
Your journey, day by day
A typical case from the first message to the last video review.
Days 1–2 · Medical review
You send reports and scans by form or WhatsApp. A specialist reviews them and we return two or three hospital options with surgeon profiles and an itemised cost estimate.
Days 3–10 · Visa and travel
The hospital issues a visa invitation letter, we guide your medical visa application, then book flights, airport pickup and accommodation near the hospital for you and one attendant.
Arrival · Admission
You are met at the airport, taken to your stay, and your coordinator walks you through registration, pre-operative tests and the anaesthetist review with an interpreter present.
Treatment · Recovery
Surgery and hospital stay, then supervised recovery in serviced accommodation with daily check-ins, diet support and physiotherapy where it is needed.
Discharge · Fly home
Discharge summary, medicines, fit-to-fly clearance and return transfers. Everything is uploaded to your patient portal before you leave.
12 months · Follow-up
Scheduled video reviews with your surgeon, report sharing with your doctor at home, and help arranging any local tests they ask for.
